Featured Book:  Break the Cycle by Dr. Mariel Buque

Join us for the official kickoff of the Luv Notes & Literature Book Club!  This first gathering will open the space for connection, intention, and community as we introduce our first featured book, Break the Cycle by Dr. Mariel Buqué. Together, we’ll discuss the themes we’ll explore throughout the month, set personal intentions for our reading journey, and share what we hope to gain from this collective practice.

Our first official book discussion will take place in November, where we’ll dive deeper into Break the Cycle and reflect on how its lessons help us create new patterns of healing and wholeness. We’ll also reveal our next featured book.
