Mindful Mid-Day Mondays

Every Monday during the month of December, take a moment to pause and reset. Mindful Mid-Day Mondays is a mid-day mindfulness offering designed to bring a sense of ease and presence to your week. In this 45-minute session, we’ll create space to simply sit, breathe, and reconnect, letting go of the constant push to do or achieve.  

This practice invites you to embrace rest as a way to restore balance and focus. Together, we’ll explore the quiet power of stillness and cultivate small, meaningful moments of calm that ripple into the rest of your day.
